A wheel-thrown mug in black clay with a blue glaze - big enough to wrap your hands around.
The floating blue glaze was the first recipe I worked on, taking me 2-3 years to tweak so that I was happy with it! Floating blues really pop on the darker clay body, and I have a technique which encourages a splashy, organic colour pattern. Every one is different.
